HSAC, LLC ("HSAC," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Nuclear POS and HotSauce restaurant technology platform, including this website, point-of-sale software, online ordering, loyalty programs, and customer messaging services used by participating restaurants. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our websites and services, place an order at a participating restaurant, or communicate with us.

(a) Contact information — such as your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, provided when you create an account, place an order, join a loyalty program, or opt in to receive messages.

(b) Transaction information — such as order history, items purchased, and payment method type (we do not store full payment card numbers; payments are processed by our payment processing partners).

(d) Device and usage information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our websites.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us or from a participating restaurant through our platform, the following terms apply:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the offers available from the restaurants you have opted in to hear from. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

We share information only as needed to operate our services: with the participating restaurant fulfilling your order or administering the loyalty program you joined; with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing, message delivery, and cloud hosting), who are bound to use it only to provide those services; when required by law or to protect our legal rights; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained as required by applicable law and carrier requirements.
